Day 1

Arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport – Windhoek

Upon arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport, your guide will meet you and transfer you to Windhoek. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore the city and enjoy a short city tour before beginning your journey towards the Namib Desert.

Day 2

Sesriem – Namib Desert

Today, you will travel to Sesriem and explore the spectacular Namib Desert. You will have the opportunity to climb one of Namibia’s famous dunes, such as Dune 45 or Big Daddy, depending on conditions and your preferences. Later, visit Sesriem Canyon, one of the remarkable canyons of Namibia, before returning to your campsite.

Day 3

Namib Desert – Atlantic Coast – Swakopmund

Today, continue your journey towards the Atlantic coast, travelling through some of Namibia’s most beautiful and dramatic desert landscapes. Upon reaching Swakopmund, you will have the opportunity to enjoy one of the many exciting activities available in the area, such as quad biking or a Sandwich Harbour excursion.

Day 4

Spitzkoppe

Continue your journey towards the spectacular Spitzkoppe, one of Namibia’s most iconic landscapes. Explore the impressive granite rock formations and discover ancient San rock paintings. You will also have the opportunity to take part in a guided Bushman walk and learn more about the traditional knowledge and culture of the San people.

Day 5

Damaraland

Today, head towards the fascinating region of Damaraland, travelling through dramatic landscapes and remote areas. Discover the unique scenery of this region and experience the feeling of travelling through one of Namibia’s wildest areas.

Day 6

Twyfelfontein – Ancient Rock Engravings

Continue your journey through Damaraland to Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its ancient rock engravings. Explore the remarkable engravings and learn about the people who lived in this region thousands of years ago.

Day 7

Desert Elephants – Petrified Forest – Kamanjab

Today, continue your journey through the remote landscapes of Damaraland in search of the famous desert-adapted elephants. Along the way, you may have the opportunity to visit the Petrified Forest. Please note that this visit may need to be booked in advance. If not, the journey will continue towards Kamanjab. In Kamanjab, you will have a very special experience: spending the night in a Himba village, staying with a small family living on a farm. This provides an opportunity to meet local people and learn about their daily life and culture.

Day 8

Western Etosha National Park

Today, enter the western part of Etosha National Park and begin your wildlife adventure. The park is home to a remarkable variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and many other species. Enjoy a game drive through the park and spend the night surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 9

Okaukuejo – Etosha National Park

Continue exploring Etosha National Park as you travel towards Okaukuejo. Keep your eyes open for wildlife around the waterholes and along the roads. Etosha offers excellent opportunities to observe animals in their natural environment.

Day 10

Windhoek – Departure

Today marks the end of your Namibian adventure. After breakfast, begin your journey back towards Windhoek and continue to Hosea Kutako International Airport for your departure.
